HIIT The Ground Running

Hiit the ground running is a high-intensity interval training class that will have no trouble making you sweat! This class is for anyone that can move! Your pace is up to you, there’s just one rule, you’ve got to stay moving! 

Bootcamp

Challenge yourself with this fast paced, calorie blasting work out, using the traditional Boot Camp style approach. BOOTCAMP is geared toward all fitness levels. Modifications are always offered for the beginner to the advanced!

Zumba

A fun way to melt the calories away! Zumba uses Latin and world rhythms to create a dance fitness program that can be done by anyone. Zumba is for ALL!

BootyCore

This fun group class incorporates both bodyweight AND weight training exercises to fire up your lower body and abs. Grab a friend, a water and your sneakers, and come join us for a Saturday morning workout that will leave you feeling like the strongest version of yourself!
